Dismantling old false ceiling work including wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4 mm thickness non-asbestos fibre cement building boards (decorative type) fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/ GI/ Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (size of grid 605x605 mm) with 35x25x1.5 mm main tee and 25x25x1.4 mm cross tee and wall angle for false ceiling work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410 -W(GdeE- 250) quality A including painting with 02 coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of primer after preparing the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165including painting with 02 coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of primer after preparing the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wooden fillets for roof tiles battens, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 sq.cm in section (unframed work) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets (sectional area exceeding 13 sq.cm and not exceeding 25 sq.cm), square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl No. 17 here-in-before, but except fillets complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable wooden fillets obtained from item No. 16 will be used under this item.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, unframed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood in scantlings, clean sawn complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl No. 20 here-in-before, but except scantlings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable wooden scantlings obtained from item No. 19 will be used under this item.
