Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.- All kinds of soil, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Clearing / removing of Bee hive from the Lighthouse tower and as directed including charges for necessary scaffolding, bostwain chair, rope, cost of all materials, labour, tools, etc complete.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges,making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge75mm average thickness, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. Note: Rates shall be for finished surface area of concrete and shall include the cost of labour, concrete and appropriate approved Super-Plasticiser for rendering concrete as flowable and SBR polymer but shall exclude cost of reinforcement, bond coat, Shear Keys, centering and shuttering, strutting, propping etc (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument)75mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 316) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners ,50mm square SS net with 5mm dia SS rod, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.), including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to the exterior of the Lighthouse Tower to give an even shade after scrapping and cleaning the surface and applying a coat of cement primer etc as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scaffolding etc complete.

Painting with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of required shade of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade to the interior side of Tower after removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches and applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants , scaffolding etc complete.

French spirit polishing :One or more coats on old work, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger) to the gates, hand rails etc after cleaning and preparing the surface, including removing rust, applying metal primer wherever necessary etc complete cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete as directed.

Removing loose blistered paint surface, rust and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including applying steel putty whereever directed including cost of all materials,labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works, including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc complete.

Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc complete. Two coats on old work

Greasing the tower foundation bolt and nuts with grease after cleaning and removal of rust, dust etc and covering with tarpauline including cost of all materials, labour etc complete as directed.
