M&L for Vitrified ceramic jointless tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 and dismantling of existing floor tiling and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for repair to chajjas including necessary concreting in 1:2:4, and15mmthick plastering in CM 1:4 to disturbed portion and finishing the surface with two coats of cement base paint incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work etc and including demolition of existing old cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

All existing cracks must be opened up in V notch shape and filled with a mixture of cement mixed with 37 +/- 1% solid content Styrene Butadiene rubber based multipurpose polmer or PU sealant,making surface smooth and level wherever needed. Application by brush or rolled a coat of a two component (1:1.4ratio) polymer modified elastomeric cementitious water proof membrane must have adhesion to concrete > 1 mpa, fortified with graded filllers, polymer and additives applied seamless waterproofing coatingat a specified coverage per kg to all required areas to achieve a thickness of 500-600 microns in one coat and allow the surface to dry for 4-6 hourse before 2nd coat and it should be covered by ready -to-use, fiber reinforced elastomeric, super flexible acrylic waterproof coating with more than 150 % elongation confirms to ASTM D 412 : 2016 and should contain solid contents of minimum 55+/-% . Acrylic coating must be done with pre priming coat of acrylic waterproofing primer which contains 47+/- 1% solid contents with recommended DFT of 30-40 microns. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old drapery rod and S&F vertical window blinds made up with vertical louvers, manually operated, with dust guard features, operated by wind control system, of shade and design as approved by the Engr-in-Charge incuuding necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.
