SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

Opening VCB 11 KV of capacity 400 Amps to 800 Amps of any Make for servicing, cleaning tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing, inspection of busbar, CTs/PTs, internal wiring of control panel, indicators, measuring of IR value, calibration of relays, replacement of unserviceable spare parts, testing of tripping system and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by mechanical means including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts excluding wiring shall be measured & paid separatly.

Opening SF6 circuit breaker 33 KV of capacity 400 Amps to 800 Amps of any Make for servicing, cleaning, tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing, inspection of busbar CTs/PTs, including servicing of control panel, internal wiring of control panel, indicators, measuring of IR value, calibrating of relays, replacement of unservicable spare parts, testing of tripping system and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by mechanical means including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting to VCB, after cleaning the surfaces by rubbung with emery paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting including writing SM No/MES No. complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable MS cross arms bracings and supports, clamps nut bolts complete all as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts washers,welding,bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape/size as directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors and setting aside or removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix and stringing ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel re-inforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge alumium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out / down unserviceable HT/LT UG cable from existing trenches/ duct/ HT poles of any cross sectional area including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes, UG cables etc. and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items (ii) Serviceable cable covers and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use

Supply, laying, jointing & testing HT electric power cable heavy duty 11 KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, with sound compacted aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 1100 Volt (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 16 sqmm, 4 core, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F nominal insulation mats of thickness 2.5mm + 10% made of elastomer conforming to IS-15652:2006 and meeting the requirement to IS-5216 (Part-1 & 2), IS 8437, IEC-479 Pub-1 alongwith suitable adhesive/homebound, PV resin water proofing compound and sealing material as per recommendation of Annex 'A' Class 'C' of IS-15652 and suitable for class -B upto 11 KV complete as as specified and as directed.

Supply only electrical rubber hand gloves 33 KV.

Supply and fix in repairs lightning arrestors, expulsion type complete with all fittings such as bolts, nuts, washers etc having transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 33000 volts all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for cable laying trench and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and depth exc 1.5m but not exc 3.00m and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and lay dry well burnt locally available sub class 'B' bricks in trenches over sand cushioning for protection of UG cable complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and lay reinforced precast concrete cable cover,class EHV, type 1, with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50 mm ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling, punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M&L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing etc by trenchless technology using latest boring technique with necessary boring machine for insertion of GI pipe of dia 65 mm to 100 mm, complete all as speficied and as directed.

Supply & laying in trenches 80 mm bore, light grade, galvanised steel tubing for cable protection including all fittings , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping including necessary formwork finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Routine maintenance and testing including spray painting of transformers (any type power or distrubution) of capacity above 1500 KVA and upto and including 2000 KVA (in situ) outdoor type installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following :- (a) Preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/polishing etc, complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enemel paint of approved make/quality all as directed at Site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on body of transformer all as directed.

M & L for preparation and painting to prestressed concrete pole, 11.00 metre long with two coats of cement base paint including painting to cross arms, street light brackets with two coats of alumium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long, 152mmx152mm at top and 152mmx260mm at bottom, class 9, including dismantling and taking down old concrete pole, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable junction box made out of polycarbonate IP-55/IP-65 protection with metric knockout for cable entry of size 200x160x98mm, with two cable terminals and polycarbonate cable gland(Model K-9255 of Make Hensel) including one DIN rail and one MCB SP, 6-32A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & errect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug cap,bolts,nuts & washer 9.00 mtr long,Type 410 SP-31, painting with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making strips of width upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint, including dismantling & taking out the old steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:Earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, fix and testing IDMT relay 24 V DC for 11 KV HT VCB of maximum short circuit rating, 60-80 A, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : CG/AREVA

Supply, fix and testing isolating contact any type for HT VCB 11 KV of capacity 400 Amps to 800 Amps of any Make suitable for CG VCB.

M & L for replacement of HT vaccum interrupter suitable for 11 KV VCB including all accessories. Make : CG

Repair to 11 KV VCB including replacement of insulation body as per existing shape & size to match and replacement connection metal parts, bushing etc all as directed.

Supply only limit switch assembly for VCB 11 KV of capacity 400 Amps to 800 Amps.

Supply only MI com digital relay for VCB 11 KV of capacity 400 Amps to 800 Amps.

Supply only HV bushing with brass terminal and nuts , washers , sheet gasket set as per existing size and shape for 2000 KVA capacity 33 KV/11 KV transformer.

Supply only breather assembly including silica gel as per existing size and shape for 2000KVA capacity 33 KV/11KV transformer.

Supply only transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 kV and conforming to IS-335 to 1993 for filling /topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as directed. Make: Servo

M & L for Dehydration of transformer oil for 2000 KVA transformer to achive the desired dielectric strength above 65 KV including testing of dielectric strength of oil before and after dehydration complete all as directed.

M & L for rewinding of coils on primary side and secondary of transformer of any capacity using proper size copper DPC wire having class 'F' insulation as per existing size and turns including connected minor insulation materials suitable for HT coil of 33 kV/11 kV transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of conservator oil tank of capacity 2000kVA, 33 kV/11kV transformer including refixing of rubber cork gasket as per existing size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 apms for 33000 volts Air break switch with square shaft operating rotating type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 33 kV copper tinned metal, having capacity tag on every fuse with rated HT drop out fuses barrel type of capacity 40 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 33 KV copper tinned metal, having capacity tag on every fuse with rated HT drop out fuses barrel type of capacity 60 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables from distribution transformer of cap 50 to 200 KVA 11000/433 Volt and removing carefully from the platform/two pole structure/floor by arrangement of suitable crane to the workshop for carry out required repairs and return back after repair work to the site, reinstall and connecting all incoming and out going cables by properly crimping using lugs of suitable size, taping the bushes/bus bars, using insulation tape and testing complete all as directed.

Draining out transformer oil, dismantling and inspection of transformer for necessary repair, taking out burnt out core with winding/insulation of LV/HV strips/coils, re-assembling of core with winding and making connection , drying out in vaccum chamber till specified IR values are achieved and providing nuts, bolts, checking of leakages and rectifying the same by welding etc for transformer of capacity 50 to 200 KVA 11000/433 Volts , complete all as specified and as directed. Note:(i) Winding of HV/LV coils using suitable copper wire including insulation etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items here in after. (ii) Cost of transformer oil for cleaning by hoisting down shall be deemed to be included in the rete quoted. (iii) Breather assembly filled with silica gel, brass spindle complete with nut, washers etc, ceramic bushing, Gasket set, required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items here in after.

M&L for rewinding of 11/0.433 KV HV coils, using proper size of super enameled copper wire/strip including insulating materials (double insulation) as per existing size including varnishing, heating, complete all as directed.

M&L for rewinding of 11/0.433 KV LV coils, using proper size of super enameled copper wire including insulating materials (double insulation) as per existing size including varnishing, heating,complete all as directed.

Supply only breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of capacity 50 to 200 KVA, 11000/433 Volt.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on HT side threaded complete with nuts, washers etc. of suitable dia for transformer of capacity 50 to 200 KVA, 11000/433 Volt.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on LT side threaded complete with nuts, washers etc. of suitable dia for transformer of capacity 50 to 200 KVA, 11000/433 Volt.

Supply only ceramic bushing on HT side of transformer of capacity 50 to 200 KVA, 11000/433 Volt.

Supply only complete gasket set (cock sheet) 6mm thick including conical rubber bush for transformer of capacity 50 to 200 KVA, 11000/433 Volt.

Shifting of transformer 50/315 KVA from one Sub-station to another after disconnecting of LT & HT side connections and installation , commissioning connecting LT & HT side at new site by arrangement of necessary crane for taken up loading / unloading and reinstallation, complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs glow sign board made out of high quality acrylic sheet and LED light system of size 4000mmx 900mm x 200mm with steel frame work and connected items as required. The letters and logo shall be indicating Name of E/M installations as directed with Logo of Corps of Engineer (the height of diagram and lettering will be all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge). All the sides of sign board shall be covered with GI sheet of standard thickness, 2 Nos LED tube light (4 feet - 18 watt ) including necessary wiring. The sign board shall be fixed on 2 Nos GI pipe post, medium grade, 50 mm dia, 5 mtr height including required fixing clamp etc,. The GI pipes shall be embedded 500 mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M15 (Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 500 mm depth x 200 mm length x 200 mm width including taking down of old sign board complete all as directed.

S&F test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexa head screw, enclosures made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet cubical shape with opening door and fixing screws, porcelin post insulator 50mm long with GI screw nuts 02 Nos, duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces, fixed on wall or pole using suitable clamps/grouting of bolts complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 25 x 3 mm copper earth strip upto 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of copper and protected by light grade 32 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar 100 mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009. Note:-Resistance value should be less than 5 Ohm.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 x 6 mm GI earth strip upto 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI and protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar 100 mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009

M&L for copper strip earth continuty conductor size 20x3.15mm as main earthing lead fixed on wall/ duct/roof or recess fixed with porcelin insulator of required size at a distance not less than 300mm or buried in ground or drawn in conduit and fixing screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and paste HT chequered rubber insulation mat of 15 KV grade, best quality ISI marked of size 2mx1mx19mm thick, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix panel hooter DC/AC single phase, all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of TNC switch as per existing make and type, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of LED indicator lamp as per existing make and type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , sizes and type to any type of standrads , rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any sizes or type.

M&L for loose filling of broken stone or boulder hard core of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited spread and levelled, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on faces of brick walls or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
