Supply of 110kV Feeder (OH+UG) Control and Relay Panel (Simplex) with annunciator(Not less than 24 Window) suitable for existing AIS 110kV bays compatible to SAS( IEC 61850 Uptodate and amendment to Edition 2) having elegant and compact design with Main 1 and Main 2 protection(different make) comprising of Line differential 87L (for both ends along with chanel) with back up Distance 21 protection and Back up protection(67&67N) with Electrically resettable Master trip/Lock out(86) relays, LBB Trip relay(50BF), Trip circuit Supervision relays, Auxiliary relays, DC supervision relays, VT selection relays, Sup.Relays, DC changeover relays, Energy meter (0.2S class,Optical, 2 nos of RJ45 DLMS port (TCP/IP configurable )), TNC switch, Emergency Shutdown Push button, IED reset button, Master trip reset button, Synchronizing socket, Test Terminal block, AC socket with switch and , DC Source Selection Switch, Multi function meter for Voltage and Current ,carrier in/out manual switch and BCU ( IEC 61850 Uptodate and amendment to Edition 2), ethernet switches and LIU 2 cable entry and adequate ports as per specification (including testing and commisssioning). All panels shall be front entry/rear entry/swing framed decided as per site requirement and BCC layout attached with adequate working space inside for Testing/maitenance works.

Supply of Control and Relay Panels for 110kV side of 110/11kV 20MVA and 110/33kV 16MVA Transformers compatible to SAS (1EC61850 uptodate amendment to Edition 2,) having elegant and compact design with Main 1 and Main 2 protection comprising of Differential Protection, REF Protection, Back up protection, Master trip relays, Trip circuit Supervision relays, Auxiliary relays (for main and OLTC Buchholz, WT/OT trip, Tap changer out of step , PRD 1&2 through high impedance tripping relays, MOLG alarms etc. ), DC supervision relays , VT selection relays, DC changeover relays, Energy meter (0.2S class,Optical, 2 nos of RJ45 DLMS port (TCP/IP configurable )) Test Terminal block, AC socket with switch and emergency TNC switch, BCU (1EC61850 uptodate amendment to Edition 2), ethernet Switch (20% spare ports) and LIU with 2 cable entry and adequate ports not less than 12 ports as per specification and provision for microprocessor based numerical RTCC unit. All panels shall be front entry/rear entry/swing framed decided as per site requirement and BCC layout attached with adequate working space inside for Testing/maitenance works.

Supply of 110kV Bus coupler Control and Relay Panel with annuaunciator(Not less than 24 Window) compatible to SAS (IEC61850 an update and amendment Edition 2 ) having elegant design with in single panel comprising of O/C & E/F Protection numerical relay, Master trip relays,Trip circuit Supervision relays, Auxiliary relays( Breaker failure Inter trip, LBB,Busbar trip), DC supervision relays , DC changeover relays, AC socket with switch, emergency TNC switch, reset button, Synchro Check relay (25),adequate illumination and including BCU (1EC61850 uptodate amendment to Edition 2), ethernet Switch (20% spare ports) and LIU with 2 cable entry with adequate ports not less than 12 ports as per specification. All panels shall be front entry/rear entry/swing framed decided as per site requirement and BCC layout attached with adequate working space inside for Testing/maitenance works.

Supply of 110kV Bus Bar Protection Panel (For 8 Nos of 110kV feeders & 4 Nos of Transformer 10kV side bays ) compatible to SAS an update and amendment to IEC 61850 Edition 2 having elegant and compact design comprising of zone segragate tripping, local HMI for displaying differential current, SLD, isolator position etc, with output tripping relays(drawn out type),Busbar, LBB & Back up Protection, Auxiliary relays, DC supervision relays, IN/OUT switches (Lockable), Test terminal Block, AC socket with switch, adequate illumination as per specification(including testing and commissioning) .All panels shall be front entry/rear entry/swing framed decided as per site requirement and BCC layout attached with adequate working space inside for Testing/maitenance works.

Supply of Control cables and LT AC/DC power cables (PVC/FRLS) of suiltable sizes as per specification from AIS equipments to 110kV Feeder C&R Panel in BCC room as per specification. (Armoured / Unarmoured as per specification) including GI cable support and ladder type trays.

Supply of Control cables and LT AC/DC power cables(PVC/FRLS) of suiltable sizes as per specification from AIS equipments to 110kV transformer C&R Panel in BCC room as per specification. (Armoured / Unarmoured as per specification) including GI cable support and ladder type trays.

Supply of Control cables and LT AC/DC power cables(PVC/FRLS) of suiltable sizes as per specification from AIS equipments to 110kV Bus coupler C&R Panel in BCC room as per specification. (Armoured / Unarmoured as per specification) including GI cable support and ladder type trays.

Supply of Control cables and LT AC/DC power cables(PVC/FRLS) of suiltable sizes as per specification from equipments to LT AC/DC panels, battery, battery charger, 11kV and 33kV SWGR panels, RTU panel, MLDB,ELDB etc in the newly built control room to Auxiliary BCU panels as per specification. including GI cable support and ladder type trays. (Armoured / Unarmoured as per specification)

Supply of Control cables and LT AC/DC armoured power cables(PVC/FRLS) of suiltable sizes as per specification from AIS equipments to 110kV Busbar protection C&R Panel(10 bays) as per specification.(Armoured / Unarmoured as per specification) including GI cable support and ladder type trays.

Supply and Installation of Complete SAS system for 110kV Viyyur AIS Substation as per detailed technical specification, SAS Architecture and SLD, Redundant Servers (2 nos), Redundant Gateways (2 nos), Redundant Routers (2 nos) with hardware firewalls, 2nos operators workstation (one operating workstation with extended up to 200 meter HMI), 2 nos Engineering workstation (laptop and desktop), one metering PC with adequate number of DCU for accessing meter data with DLMS protocol metering and telemetry with all necessary accessories reporting analysing software , cables, converters, GPS based Time synchronising unit IEC compatible to cater data to and from all bays and transformers, SCADA compatible panels, interfacing/integrating protection relays feeders , transformers and busbar) in CR panel, SAS gateway server panel with remote station controls, Network panels ,RTCC , AC/DC System etc… to FODP/communication equipments in communication room as per specification including supply of all necessary converters for interfacing with communication equipment, unarmoured OF cable, 40mm PLB HDPE pipe duct, all interconnecting cables Patch chords devices etc. including mandatory spares as per specification in Annexure including supply of configuration software tools for SAS , Relays and Network Swiches.
