Cartage of material including Loading / Unloading of Small material from store centre at Rudrapur/ Haldwani approximate distance 05-35 KM.

Head Load Cartage of material including Loading / Unloading of Small material from JE store to work site .

Erection of following STP SP-55 Single pole support( Supplied by the department) including excavation of pits, 0.6x0.6x2.0 Mtr. & grouting of pole in C.C. ratio 1:4:8 in size 0.45x0.45x1.8 mtr and making kicking block of size(Height 0.45x0.45 mtr round) above ground level on the pole in 1:3:6 CC including cost of drilling holes and cutting as required and cost of all material (sand, cement and stone grit ) required for the work, construction work with fitting of all accessories upto energisation, etc complete work as per RESPO Specification and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Febrication of M.S. Channel 100x50mm.Febrication of M.S. Angle 65x65x6mm. For guarding (Angle provided by Department ) with cutting drilling and painting complete work 9711+3360=13071Kg.

Fixing of Stay rod as per RESPO drawing RES-16 with stay rod 16x1800 stay wire 7/10 swg( Stay set and stay wire will be provided by department) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation of pit size 0.6x0.6x1.2Mtr.for stay set (57Nos @each 0.432 cu.meter=24.62 Mtr.)

Lopping and chopping of tree branches.

Providing and fixing of M.S. Packing behind guarding angle.

Fixing of guarding for 11KV. Line for protection of road/HT line at croossing locating /consissting of guarding channel/angle 65x65x6mm and G.I. Wire 6swg and G.I. wire 6 SWG for lacing ( Supplied by department ) including fixing of hlding clamps, 4nos. eye bolts and 2no. turn buckle (provided by contractor.)

Grouting of stay set (0.6x0.6x0.3Mtr)57Nos. @0.108cum=6.156cum.

Painting of of STP -55 Single support with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of aluminum paint Berger Luxol quality over one coat of red oxide primer and P.O. red and two strip of fluorescent altemate red and white paint 30CM wide upto 1.5 Meter from ground level. complete in all respect including cost of Paint.

Supply Portion

Supply of Stay Clamps M.S. Clamps for S.P.-55 made of M.S. flat of size 65x8 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washers duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack, welding & burrs, complete in all respect as per sample.

Supply of Stay Insulator.

Supply of Nut & bolts.

Holding clamps for guarding Xarm. M.S. flat of size 65x8 mm. with 65x16mm Bolt, Nut & washers duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack, welding & burrs, complete in all respect as per sample .
