Outsourcing of services and attending breakdown on 11 KV HT over head line to the HT terminal of transformer [Residential area] from Orissa Power Grid Corporation take over point at Pump House "A" for round the clock with the following manpower [electricians and helpers] in the following shifts [08 Hours per shift] to the following areas including attending as per requirement to repairs of air break switch, drop out fuses, repair to conductors, replacement of insulators, LT panels/UG cables, jumper, connections, including all minior repairs etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- [a] Orissa Power Grid Corporation take over point to 200 KVA transformer at Pump House "B" and distribution under 200 KVA transformer [b] Orissa Power Grid Corporation take over point to 100 KVA transformer at near Pump House "A" and distribution under 100KVA transformer. [c] Orissa Power Grid Corporation take over point to 160 KVA transformer at Residential colony area, and distribution under 160 KVA transformer. SHIFTS MANPOWER (a) 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs -01 Electricians & 01 Helper (b) 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs -01 Electricians & 01 Helper (c) 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs - 01 Electricians & 01 Helper.

Out sourcing of services to assist for Outsourcing of services and attending breakdown on 11 KV HT over head line to the HT terminal of transformer [Depot area] from Orissa Power Grid Corporation take over point at Pump House "A" for round the clock with the following manpower [electricians and helpers] in the following shifts [08 Hours per shift] to the following areas including attending as per requirement to repairs of air break switch, drop out fuses, repair to conductors, replacement of insulators, LT panels/UG cables, jumper, connections, including all minior repairs etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:-. [a] Orissa Power Grid Corporation take over point to 375 KVA transformer at Inside Depot Area and distribution under 375 KVA transformer. [b] Orissa Power Grid Corporation take over point to 200 KVA transformer at inside depot area[Boiling out plant] and distribution under 200 KVA transformer. SHIFTS MANPOWER (a) 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs -01 Electricians & 01 Helper (b) 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs 01 Electricians & 01 Helper (c) 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs 01 Electricians & 01 Helper.

Note 1 for Item No. 1 & 2 : (i) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipments by reqular oiling, greasing, etc,. (ii) Take care of house keeping environmental cleanliness. Area upto 20m all round around installation shall be kept absoutely neat and clean. (iii) Cost of all consumable stores such as grease, lubricants, cotton waste and other required stores for daily operation and maint. (iv) Concern JE in-charge shall decide to allocate the detailment of tradesman to attend the electric break down/day to day complaints as per required basis.

NOTE 2: for Srl.No. 1 to 2 including sub paras here-in-before:- (i) For detail about attending the complaints, priorities, penalties, qualifications etc please refer Sch 'A' Notes and tender documents. (ii) The rates quoted in Column 13, shall not be less than the minimum wages as notified by the GOI/ state Govt/local body, whichever is higher, failing which the tender shall be treated as non-bonafide. (iii) The contractor shall also quote rate/percentage against EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWC, OH&P , All taxes ,cess ,levies as applicable including GST in respecive column i.e, Column No 14,16,20,22,26 & 28 as per latest instructions of concern department as on "End date of bid submission". (iv) The bid shall be treated as Non-bonafide on following reasons:- (a) Quoting Nil against OH&P. (b) Quotating less than Minimum wages (c) Quoting LWC less than 1%, if applicable as per existing norms of LWC. (d) Quotating Less/Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus w.r.t same as applicable according to total number of workmen / wages as per instructions in vogue.

NOTE 2 (Contd/-) (v) The financial effect involved against EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be paid only after submission of valid and authenticated document in support of proof of payment failing which payment against these heads shall not be made. (vi) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place.
