Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, and chiselling / wedging out of hard or soft rock up to all depths stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meteres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping, etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

(b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

(C) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

( d)Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts etc.

(e) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering,strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring bellow supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per drg.and design including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. a) Flats surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings and the like -floors etc., upto 200mm in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttring in Foundations and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement above plinth level up to floor five level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

(a) Foundation, Footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

(b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

(c) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies , shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing .

Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, vaults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing etc.

Providing Tor steel /TMT Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.a)In gratings, framed guards, bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick ( unconsolidated) bed of dry brick / stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 500 mm dia SFRC man hole cover with frame and the weight of frame & cover should not be less than 100 Kg. complete incldung carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 65mm G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. (Confirming to B.I.S specification) including carraige of material in all leads and litfs.

Providing and fixing 20mm G.I. pipes nominal bore complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.(Confirming to B.I.S specification) including carraige of material in all leads and litfs.

Providing and fixing 65 mm dia C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) (Confirming to B.I.S specification) including carraige of material in all leads and litfs.

Providing and fixing 65 mm dia bends of required degrees made from parent tubes (Confirming to B.I.S specification) including carraige of material in all leads and litfs.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(i) With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and Supplying structural design drawing for 100000.00 litre capacity over head water tank having six columns duly vatted by the NIT/IIT/PEC/NITTTR Chandigarh.
