Motor Overhauling Works

OD241595/2023-2024:Dismantling the 30 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the winding attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the winding , reassembling, refitting the motor in position coupling with pump correcting alignment and giving connection, test running with full load including scrapping, cleaning and painting the motor pumpset, base plate etc.with enamel paint.
