Repairs to the H-frame of the long reach amphibian excavator JS 210 of Flood Mechanical Division Baramulla. The job is to be carried out at site with the help of a supporting crane to be engaged by the bidder with care to avoid the tilting of the machine cabin. The machine is first crawled to the horizontal leveled pad/place where the machine cabin is raised utilizing the services of manual screw jacks four in number adjusted to the four corners to make the expediency for the job. The cabin is also supported with wooden planks/ billets on either side to avoid tilting during the job. The welding job is to carried out with the expert of the job by resistance welding method and reinforcing with the patches wherever necessary out of M.S plate of 25 mm thick of equivalent length as per the geometrical figure/ circumferentially of H-frame utilizing the services of expert welder, welding set, high quality welding electrode (Advani/Adhore/Esaab) and oxyacetylene gas cutter set for cutting of MS plate for patches of equivalent size and figure. It is also include arrangement of DG generator set for ensuring power supply for welding job. After carrying out the job in full the machine is put the testing on full load The entire tools, tackles and necessary logistics in addition are arranged by the firm itself. The full job is to done at the bank of river on the site.
