SCHEDULE "A" PART - I [CIVIL REPAIR WORKS]

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete [reinforced] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Separating of reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolition of concrete measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding including removal serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 1.5km but not exc. 5.0km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and rubbish off the premises to a distance exc. 1.5km but not exc. 5.0km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulations, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ ceiling of any thickness, including cover fillets and frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under Earthwork) outside MD land at GVMC designated places exc. 1.5km but not exc. 5km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks, using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, using modular bricks built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dark shade/double charged/ultra charged vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles with and including backing layer of 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dark shade/double charged/ultra charged vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm , cut to size required as in dados and skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles with and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) for receiving of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of epoxy bonding agent - 'Nitobond EP'/Epoxy bonding agent of STP Ltd (Or equivalent ) on the prepared old concrete surface using brush or roller as per manufacturer specification or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for granolithic concrete 1:1:2 floor topping 30mm thick, laid over cement concrete subfloors etc. and finished to the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for wear proof topping 20mm thick as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardener), as per manufacturer instructions laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardener), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only metallic Floor hardener, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming Construction joint joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for groove cutting and filling with semi-rigid heavy duety epoxy urethane joint sealant 'Nitoseal PU280'/Shaliseal PU PG 2K (Or Equivalent) having MAF-10%, groove size of 10mm x 10mm, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for non-skid resistant polymer flooring (epoxy self levelling topping for 4mm - Nitoflor SL 4000/Shalifloor SL of STP Ltd) (Or equivalent ), complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of distemper acrylic emulsion paint with and including a coat of wall care putty and priming coat of alkali resistant primer, with and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces, all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (Part-4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 1250 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32mm of length 3000mm, cross -T of size 15 x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasterns, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2mm. Supply & fixing aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates of extruded built up standard tubular and other section of approved make, according to IS 1868 (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) fixed with rawl plugs, screws or fixing with clamps or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps of junctions at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM / PVC/neoprene gasket etc., aluminium sections should be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, PVC/Neoprene gasket for glazing, panelling, aluminium anodised screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Aluminium Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) , tracked windows, sliding doors with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.
