Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing of debris out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in fdn, filling, mass concrete, PCC Block for Steel Post etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete incl demolition all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 5 above but except bricks

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick work or stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of weather guard exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified NOTE: Make/Brand : Asian paint (Apex Ultima), Berger paint ( weather coat all guard) Dulux ( weather shield max), Nerolac (Excel Total).

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coats of weather guard exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) over alkali resistant primer including cleaning the floor / joinery, glass panes etc complete all as specified. Make/Brand : Asian paint (Apex Ultima), Berger paint ( weather coat all guard) Dulux ( weather shield max), Nerolac (Excel Total).

S&F MS work as in posts,sturts & vertical columns of channel, angle, or tee sections, in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to confirming Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) incl taking out/dismantling of exsting barbed wire fencing in any position of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & iron of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) etc all as specified and directed. Make/Brand: Asian Paints/Berger/Shalimar

M&L 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base under floor/path all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab 600mm x 600mm x 20 to 25 mm thick in flooring over and including 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for Mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab 600mm x 100mm 20 to 25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting/ shelves etc. round edges over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore and connections,including excavation work in floor/tranches not exc 0.60m in width and upto depth of 0.90m from ground level complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20mm bore medium grade tubes, glvanized with all GI fittings anf fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors

S&F in repairs 20 mm gate valves of gun metal with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed
