Construction of 6 No. type-III and 6 No. tye-II family Quarters at Police Station Bilaspur.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre),including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock, with chiselling and wedging out of rock;(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including ,dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site, and sorting out useful & useless materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the useless materials for filling in roadways, embankments for grades improvement and levelling to required grades and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required) .All useful materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted along road side to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects complete as per HPPWD specifications including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m(one point five metre) including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm( twenty centimetre) in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc.and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m(Fifty metre) :Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm(eighty millimetre) dia. but not exceeding 300 mm(Three hundred millimetre) dia. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual meansover areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centemetre millimetre) in depth, 1.5 m(one point five metre) in width as well as 10 Per Square Metre (Ten per Square Metre) on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m(fifty metre and lift upto 1.5 m(one point five),as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :1:5:10 (One cement : Five coarse sand) : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimetre) nominal size).with minimum cement content less than 130 kg/cum(one hundred thrity kilogram per cubic metre) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and filling of hard stone for under floor thick at site. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand) : Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three coarse sand) : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size).with minimum cement content less than 250 kg/cum(two hundred fifty kilogram per cubic metre) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six coarse sand : Twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
