Repair/servicing and maintenance of heating system of ductable package Air conditioning units of NICU-B at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: Complete cleaning along with servicing of ductable unit by way of proper washing / cleaning of blowers to remove unwanted dust with chemical/water as per site requirement– 02 jobs. Providing and fitting of controller card -01 nos. Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity -9 nos. Providing and fitting of ML-2 type contactor- 2 nos. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job, rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Complete job as per site requirements and as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/servicing and maintenance of heating system of Package ACs of NICU-C at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: Blower servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 02 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing. – 02 jobs. Complete servicing of whole unit (including outdoor & indoor) using chemical or water as per site requirement through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage cleaning etc. at least two times– 03 jobs. Providing and fitting of heavy duty 40 ampere contactor – 02 nos. Providing and Fitting of TPN (63 A) – 02 nos. Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity -15 nos.Providing and Fitting of Controller card along with complete connections - 2 nos. Providing and fitting of fiberglass insulated wire of 2.5 sq mm – 10 m. Providing and fitting of 35 A insulated strip connector- 10 nos.Providing and fitting of V belts- 06 nos.Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing - 2 jobs. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job, rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification.
