Taking down carefully point wiring copper/ aluminium (light, fan, socket, power) complete including switches, ceiling roses , pendants, regulators , sockets etc and removing materials to store and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc Complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down service /sub main wire of any size fixed in any position , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with PVC unsheathed, fire resistance, stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area ) single core cable in and including concealed (surface only on roof & colomns) wiring incl PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, 20 mm or higher dia complete with all accessories/fittings and sunkan MS boxes of thickness not less than 1.2 mm covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glassy surface sheet cover concealed in wall with brass screws & washers including unsheathed single core PVC insulated cable green in colour 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor as earth wire and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified & directed for the following.

One light /fan /bell /exhaust fan point controlled by one , one way 5/6 switch.

One 5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one, oneway switch single pole 5/6Amps

All as per item No 5 above but on the same board with other switches /socket.

One light point controlled by two 2-way switches 5/6 Amps

M& L for earthling complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 600 x 600x6 mm thick , buried directly under ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to main switch board, including all necessary excavation & earth work in hard/dense soil, common salf and charcoal dust mixed & packed 150 mm thick homogeneous layer all around the GI earth plate, earth pit chamber made out of cast iron frame with hinged door , GI protection pipe light grade upto 7.5 meter from electrode complete all as specified & shown on drawings with watering pipe .

Note :- (1) Earth lead and GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia for protection against mechanical damage beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch board. Etc shall be measured separately .

(2) On testing, after completion of Job , if desired earth resistance is not obtained , the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to contractor.

S&F isolator tripple pole and neutral 415 Volts 63 Amps complete all as specified & directed.
