Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description as in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (above or below ground floors) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing demolished materials to a distance exceeding 250 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction's and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respectiveitem of sch 'A'.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab,parapets and beams including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, complete all as specified and described as under :-(a) Preparation of surface and applying one priming coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg / sqm. (b) Supply & providing APP modified polymeric water proofing. membrane 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 kg / sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) centre core including coating the surface with the compatible primer and torch application of membrane with minimum 10 cm overlaps in sides and 15 cmoverlaps in end as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed. (c) Applying one more coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over which one coat of aluminium bituminous paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm shall be applied.NOTE:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed throughh expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.
