Supply of 8 Mtr hot dip galvanised poles for street light with octagonal cross section. The poles shall be internally and externally hot dip galvanised to protect from corrosive atmosphere. The pole dimensions shall be Top dia 70 mm, Bottom dia 130 mm, of 3mm sheet thickness with base plate dimension 200mx200mmx16mm(LxBxT), Foundation Bolt size pitch circle dia of 4 no.x 20 mm, pitch circle dia of 210mm, bolt length 750mm, projected bolt 100 & anchor plate thickness 3mm confirming to relavent IS -2629/IS 2633/IS 4759 with upto date amendment.The poles shall have inbuilt arrangements for electrical connections and earthing points along with weather proof flushed doors with locking arrangements. Also including single arm ornamental type bracket of length 1/1.5 mtr in length suitable for fixing on top of the octagonal pole and light fixture. The arm shall be hot dip galvanised both internally and externally, with proper fixing arrangement etc complete as required.

Supply of 10 Mtr hot dip galvanised poles for street light with octagonal cross section. The poles shall be internally and externally hot dip galvanised to protect from corrosive atmosphere. The pole dimensions shall be Top dia 70 mm, Bottom dia 155 mm, of 3mm sheet thickness with base plate dimension 250mmx250mmx16mm(LxBxT), Foundation Bolt size pitch circle dia of 4 no.x 24 mm, pitch circle dia of 270mm, bolt length 750mm, projected bolt 125 & anchor plate thickness 3mm confirming to relavent IS -2629/IS 2633/IS 4759 with upto date amendment.The poles shall have inbuilt arrangements for electrical connections and earthing points along with weather proof flushed doors with locking arrangements. Also including single arm ornamental type bracket of length 1/1.5 mtr in length suitable for fixing on top of the octagonal pole and light fixture. The arm shall be hot dip galvanised both internally and externally, with proper fixing arrangement etc complete as required.

Erection, testing and commissioning of 8 mtrs /10 mtrs of octagonal street light pole having necessary mounting arrangement for fixing of 6way bakelite terminal block for cable termination/looping, fixing of 1Nos, 10 Amp double pole MCB and interconnection of 3C X 1.5 Sqmm pvc insulated copper conductor cable, fixing of ornamental type bracket etc complete as required with the help of suitable tools and plants, all labour etc.complete as required.

Supply of following LED type street light fixture complete with with pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant glass suitable for operation on single phase, 230 Volts, 50HZ, AC power supply including all accessories etc., as required

a) 72 W (Make: Crompton Greaves NEXUS+ CAT. No. LSTP-72-CDL or equivalent)

b) 120 W (Make: Crompton Greaves NEXUS STAR CAT. No. LSTP-120-CDL or equivalent )

Installation, testing & commissioning of 72/120 W LED street light fixture on single arm bracket of 8 Mtr/10 Mtr octagonal Street Light Poles along wiring connections/termination etc complete as required.

Supplying and embedding 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe ( minimm bend length 500mm) to the required shape complete as required. The total length of the 50mm GI pipe shall be 1.5 mtrs each.

Construction of shallow foundation with Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) considering safe soil bearing capacity for 8 mtr & 10 Mtr hot dip galvanised light pole of 1.20 Mtr length foundation including all materials, labour, excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date.

a) 3.5 C x 70 Sqmm

b) 4 C X 25 Sqmm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/DWC pipe as required.

a) Upto 35 sq. mm

b ) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and Making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade Aluminium cable etc., as required.

a) 4 C X 25 Sqmm

b) 3.5 C x 70 Sqmm

Supplying and Making end termination with suitable aluminium lugs for 4x25 sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade Aluminium cable etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6 way, 60A/ 500V open type bakeite connectors terminal block for cable looping complete as required etc.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply of 13 Meter Aluminium Tilt Table Tower Ladder made from sides of “C” section and steps 1” Dia non slip corrugated tubing, complete with safety locks, tool tray, safety gate, cage platform. Extra Heavy duty section-68.68mm X 31.75mm X 3mm as per IS, temper T-6 Steps-Aluminium Round pipe of 26 mm at a distance of 300mm (12inch).
