(B) ERECTION Survey including profiling, tower spotting, optimisation of tower locations, preparation of tower schedule.

Check Survey peg marking of location checking of levels and classification of foundation.

Work kof dismanteling of old Towers

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydralic excavator)/manual means in benching/revetment work including disposal of surplus excavateds with all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be neatly levelled and dressed.

Setting of stubs, including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting

Reinforcement of RCC wok including cost of all size of bars, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in poition and binding all complete upto plinth level cold twisted bars.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specifide grade including the cost of concreting and shuttering, material forming, concreting, curing of water including cost of cc for 1:3:6.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specifide grade including the cost of concreting and shuttering, material forming, concreting, curing of water including cost of cc for 1:1.5:3.

Back earth filling after completing of foundation work with ramming, curing etc including all labour, material and T&P etc.

De stinging of ACSR Panther conducto for 132KV Towers including de-hoisting of disc insulators and other associated work as per site requirement for complete route of three phase.

Cutting, laying, stringing, clamping, jointing etc. complete with ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulators and fitting vibration dampers and all accessories for complete route of all the three power conductors.

De stringing of G.S. earth wire 7/10 SWG for 132KV Towers including de-hoisting of disc insulators and other assocated work as per site requirement for complete route of three phase..

Cutting, laying, stringing, clamping, jointing etc. complete with Earth Wire including hoisting of insulators and fitting vibration dampers and all accessories for complete route of all the three power conductors.

Superstructure erection of section tower including all work above ground level, excluding hoisting of insulators and fitting of danger, number, phase plate and bird guards but including, punching of bolts.

Work of strengthening of suspension towers by providing stays to all three cross arm with the help of steel rope and turn buckle at suitable dry place near tower, including excavation of earth, grouting of stay with all necessary wok required in order to ensure safety of next suspension tower to prevent from any distortion and safe desagging of three line conductors and earth wire frm the damaged tower.

Installation of Pipe Type Earthing (Set of 2 No. of each tower)

Tack weling on bolts & nuts on first section of Tower.
