Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 2.15 MLD capacity ( in the shape of rapid sand filter) of RCC construction in concrete design mix of grade M- 30 (for hydraulic structures) & M-25 ( for building work) as per proper design & drawing with all structural requirements including cost of construction of cutting for site development, C/o. retaining walls ,civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/GMSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all other contingent works including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per proper layout contour plan at village panoh & capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-1 of NIT under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes cutting for site development , C/O. Retaining walls , breast walls, Inlet chamber, Raw Water Tank, Clear water tank , Presedimentation tank, parashal flume, Alum solution tanks, Alum solution dozer, Lime solution tanks, Flash mixer , Clarifier , flocculator, Settling tank, Rapid Sand Filter, Back wash arrangement, Back wash pump and piping, Back wash pump house, Disinfection, water tank, Foundation of various units, By Pass arrangement, Scouring arrangement, Plant Building, Bearing capacity test, Laboratory equipment and furniture, Interconnecting paths, Walk ways, Boundary Wall,with febcing pannel around the head works/WTP Inlet channel with ultra sonic channel flow meter, Chemical house with chemical handling and feeding arrangements, Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements with CUB LED/Solar lights of 25 Watts with in the boundry limit of plant area, The hydraulic design & capacity/sizes of all the important units shall be based on latest guidelines of Manual of Water Supply and Treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The structural design of various units shall strictly conform to relevant BIS Codes and specifications. Refer to Data Sheet No. - 2 and Common design parameter for further details ) i/c design, drawing & vetting complete in all respect.

Main Balancing Reservior and Sector Reserviors:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular over head tank/ under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft walls and beams. and RCC (1:1.5:3) M 20 in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all allied Civil Works such as C/o. chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, MS Manhole covers of 2 mm thick MS sheet of size 680 x 680 mm with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves, bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks . complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. Pumping Machinery and Electrical Works Providing/Installation, erection, testing and commissioning of star rated enrgy efficient submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ Johnston/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 5659-1979. The pump should be fitted with impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Raw water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 RPM of reputed make confirming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. and should meet with the requirements. For detailed design parameters/ requirements are given in ( Data sheet No. 5). It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirement including Pump sets (working + standby), All electrical equipments such as Starter, ICTP switches, MCB, Bush bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type , incoming and outgoing water proof cable for panel board, Double loop earthing, copper cable pressure gauge, capacitor, common header, sluice valve, NRV including erection and testing complete necessary piping for suction and common header and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc.; complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge and complete in all respect.

PUMPING MACHINERY CENTRIFUGAL :- Providing/Installation, erection, Testing & Commissioning of star rated energy efficient horizontal spindle, horizontal/ radial split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement)single/double/multistage centrifugal pump suitable for operation, in parallel of recommended make such as Mather and platt/KSB/Kirloskar/Jyoti /Beaconweir BS&BE confirming to BIS-1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze/Bronze with 2.5% Nickel impellers, dia of 405mm priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze/ steel, shaft of SS: 410/AIS 1431 Chrome in plated with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a MS base plate to squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor of standard make such as Kirloskar/ BHEL/ Crompton/NGEF/GEC/Siemens/ Jyoti/Area Brown Boven and suitable for operation on 11 KV HT, 50 cycles /second 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at least (+) 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor/motors should be as per IS: 325-1978 with upto date amendments read with IS:900-1972. The starting current of the motor shall be limited to not more than 4.5 to 5 times of full load current. ( Data sheet No. 6). Curve chart including design drawing and complete in all respect.

Rising Main Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
PProviding, laying, jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical arc welding) and testing of GMSERW pipes of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2012, (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness and grade as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers / tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments) with mass of Zinc Coating shall be as per relevent code .The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/LT or IS marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material ,flushing ,cleaning and hydroulic testing complete to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts. (earth work in trenches, butt welded joint and MS flanges shall be measured and paid for seprately ) The design /drawing so approved by the comptent authority after finalisation of design and drawing any variation in size of pipe,material,pipe class,wall thickness,jointing,valves,specials etc. DATA SHEET NO. 4

Providing and welding M.S. flanges at suitable points to be provided 5% of total joint and remaining 95% joints with butt welded joint, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) with plain end GMS/MSERW pipe in requsite number of layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of MSERW pipes to be measured and paid for seprately). The welding of flanges should confirm to IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00 mm confirming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satifaction of engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
