Required1. Bidder should have an experience of supplying the similar material previously to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any reputed organization and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection

Required2. Bidder should accept to offer guarantee against manufacturing defects and should replace the material at free of cost in case of any failure within the guarantee period. Bidder submit guarantee certificate along with the material.

Required3. Bidder should accept to submit material test certificates along with material.

Required4. Bidder should accept to incorporate Sample Approval Clause in Purchase Order.

RequiredBidder should upload quotation without price on their letter head mentioning offered material, HSN code and updated GST rate against each item.
