Scope of Work:- A) Repairing of Cracked chassis with mounting:- 1. Cracked chassis with mounting groove cutting. 2. Groove cutting portions grinding & cleaning. 3. Cracked portion welding with suitable electrode. 4. Plating in cracked portions. 5. Stopper new making. Materials required a) Industrial gas, 01 set. b) Cutting / gouging electrode, 08 kgs. c) Electrode lomelt 205, 05 kgs. d) Welding electrode E-104 or eqv, 05 kgs. e) Grinding as per size. B) Repairing of oval eye holes, pins & bush making:- 1. Oval eye holes, 11 nos. ( Cradle base-02 nos., A frame-05 nos. and steering cylinder-04 nos.) 2. Electrode E 1105-04 kgs. 3. Electrode E 104-06 kgs. 4. Grinding 11 nos. of eye holes as per required size. 5. New steering bush (brass) 02 nos. 6. Pin 03 nos. new fitting. 7. Tie bolt cap bearing 01 set new fitting. 8. Pivot bush new 02 nos. fitting. 9. Special Tool & Tackles.
