The bidder should have satisfactorily repaired a minimum of 672 nos. of different capacities of Distribution Transformers during one year out of preceding three financial years i.e., between 2021-22 to 2023-24
The bidder / his employee should possess a valid Class-I/Supergrade Electrical Contractor License issued by the competent authority of Govt. of Karnataka.
The bidder / his employee who is supervising the testing of transformers should possess minimum Electrical Diploma qualification and must have the knowledge of testing & repairing of transformers. As a proof, the Qualification certificate along with the experience certificate from the employer shall be produced. Copy of Qualification certificate should be displayed at the Repair Centre.
The bidder should have sufficient infrastructure facility to repair at least 120 nos. of Transformers per month. In support of the same he shall produce documentary evidence as per Annexure-A.
The bidder shall furnish the documentary proof of PAN

Firm should submit Registration under ESI
Firm should submit Certificate of labour Department
The bidder should not have been blacklisted or defaulted in any of the ESCOMs/KPTCL during bid submission. A self-declaration statement in this regard to be uploaded.
The Bidder should have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 304 Lakhs achieved in at least two financial years out of preceding 5 financial years. i.e. between 2019-20 to 2023-24. Annual turnover certificate and/or audited balance sheet, profit and loss account statements duly certified by Chartered Accountant shall be submitted in support of the above criteria
The bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities (Credit lines / Letters of Credit / Certificates from Banks) not less than Rs. 76.00 Lakhs for meeting the fund requirement. The liquid asset is considered with respect to the latest audited balance sheet and Credit lines / Letters of Credit / Certificates from Banks which shall have valid currency.
Self-declaration certificate should be submitted in Stamp paper of value Rs.100/-
The bidder should not have any transformers pending for repairs failed within guarantee period as on 30.09.2024. As a proof of this, the performance report and no due certificate for not having pending transformers failed within guarantee period shall be produced from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the respective repair Centre
The bidder shall furnish details of list of vendors from whom various raw materials for repairs as detailed in Technical Specifications
Details of Various Tools and Tackles which will be installed in the repair Centre by repairer shall be furnished in Annexure-C.
