FOR REPAIRING and TESTING OF BGP FAILED 315 KVA, 11/.433 KV DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER

Amount

(I) Item–I : Labour Charge Unloading & opening of transformer cover draining, oil detanking core and coil assembly, assessment & estimation for repair & replacement of damaged parts, cleaning, washing of dust & dirt etc. from all parts including core, tank, cooling tube, radiators, removal of damaged/defective parts requiring replacement, fitting, fixing of new parts making connections & assembly complete in all respects, netanking after repairs, filling fresh transformer oil duly filtered making X-mer ready for test and testing for all the routine as in case of new transformer as per IS:2026/1977 with latest amendments and after satisfactory repair and testing, loading of transformer at Firm's works etc.

(II) SUPPLY OF FOLLOWING NEW SPARE PARTS FOR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PARTS

(1) HV leg coils complete varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly etc.

(2) LV leg coils complete with DPC insulation varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly etc.

(3) Fresh Type-II transformer oil as per specification enclosed.

(III) LUMP-SUM SINGLE PRICE FOR SUPPLY OF FOLLOWING NEW SPARE PARTS FOR REPLACEMENT IN DEFECTIVE TRANSFORMER HANDED OVER FOR REPAIRS

(1) HV bushing (11 KV) (set of 3 Nos. ) as per relevant ISS along with its metal parts

(2) LV bushing (set of 4 Nos.) as per relevant ISS along with its metal parts

(3) Set of gasket (Rubberize cork)

(4) Silica gel breather with 1 Kg fresh silica gel

(5) 11 KV tap changer switch alongwith its handle

(6) Oil drain/Filter valves

(7) Air releasing plug

(8) LT terminal plate complete with terminal

(9) Sundry items Viz.cover bolts, plug, cap, screws, washer, insulating material, minor repair of tank, radiator, welding, if required

(10) Painting inside with primary coat and two coats of zinc chromet best paint and outside (all metallic surface) exposed together with primary coat of Anti corrosive paint of durable nature and two coats of grey paint of shade 632 as per IS:5

(Iv) Reconditioning of old LT leg coils by replacing old DPC insulation. This work will involve opening of all turns of L.T. leg coils, removing old insulation from strip cleaning of conductor for strip and again wrapping conductor with new DPC insulating and to manufacture LT leg coils with the reconditioned strip for use in X-mer under repair.

(V) (Iii)Cost of unusable old Transformer Oil to be drained out in Store before issue of defective transformer to repairer

(Vi) In case X-mer is found to be uneconomical for repairs at the firm’s work (lumpsum rate for handling and to and fro transportation of unrepaired unit to the concerned Area Stores.)
