Flyash brick(25cmx12cmx8cm) masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation including cost, conveyance and royality of all materials and scaffolding, T&P sundries, watering for curing etc.

20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) as grading plaster

Supply fitting and fixing MS grill with Iron work wrought and put up in window grating including drilling holes in choukathas etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in side wall of the brick masonary or stone masonary finished smooth including raking out joints with cost, conveyance and royality of all materials complete and T&P sundries watering for curing etc.

12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6)to brick masonary finised smooth including raking out joints with cost, conveyance and royality of all materials complete and T&P sundries watering for curing etc.

6mm thick cp(1:4) to RCC surface finished smooth incluiding closed deep chiping and slury

supplying fixing and fitting vertified tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make confirming to IS13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar(1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality incluiding cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for the work complete

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and riser ofstep on12mm thick cp(1:3)jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of thr tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles.

Priming one coat with any approved primer (for new plaster surface)

wall painting 2 coat with weather coat of approved shade to give an even shade

wall painting 2 coat with plastic emulsion of approved shade to give an even shade

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of red oxide primer over new iron work including labour cost, conveyance & taxes of all materials to site complete.

Supplying, fitting ad placing in position of P.V.C. Doors complete as per drawing and technical specification etc.
