Annual maintenance contract for providing repair and maintenance of the following Toshiba photo copier machine installed in GE(MES) Ranikhet for one year period :- (a) Repair & maintenance of Toshiba photo Copier machine E-Studio 160 machine CJG 588780, CJI 594222 & CJE-574505 installed at GE(MES) Ranikhet - 03 Nos . (b) Repair & maintenance of Toshiba photo Copier machine E-Studio 160 machine No. CJI-594230 installed at Supdt (MES) Almora- 01 Nos Terms and Conditions :- (a) Breakdown calls shall be attended immediately on the same day. (b) Maintenance contract covers unscheduled calls in addition to periodical schedule fortnightly visit for preventive maintenance. (c) Rates quoted shall include the replacement of unserviceable parts with new one. (d) Breakdown will be intimated through telephone calls followed by telephonically if required which shall be attended 24 hours and photo copier machine made functional failing which a penalty of Rs. 500/-per day per photo copier shall be levied the contract shall be deemed canceled if the complaint is not attended within 05 days. (e) Payment shall be made quarterly. (f) Breakdown intimated on phone if not attended with in 24 hrs may be got attended from any other agency without any further notice and cost of repair shall be recovered from your dues with department, besides levy of penalty mentioned in the note of Para d. (g) Your contract will become operative from the date of issue of this letter for one year. (h) The cost of stores is chargeable to Code head: 1/495/03.
