Cast in situ plum concrete work of nominal mix concrete M-10 grade (total mass of dry nallah aggregate 480kg(max excluding plums) and water 34Kg (max) per 50kg of cement) nominal max size of stone aggregate 20mm, volumetric batching using plum aggregate 20mm, volumetric batching using plum (size over 160mm, split nallah stone or quarry stone) @20% of gross volume upto plinth level excluding cost of form work and including curing and all carriage complete..

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1: Cement: 3 coarse Sand: 6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) nallah including all carriage complete..

Reinforced cement concrete work in wall (any thickness ), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinthand string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, postsand sturts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).including all carriage comlplete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Hot rolled deformed bars.and all carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 course sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size (nallah).Including all carriage complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2 course sand:4 graded stone agregade) finished with a floatin coat of neat cement including cement slurry ,but excluding soct of nosing of steps etc. complete 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone agregate nallah including all sorts of carriage complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal form for:-

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and assess plate forms.

Filling of avalable excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth ,side s of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20Cm in depth ,consoloadating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50mtr and lift upto i.5 mtr

Providing and fixing of Steel Gate including all necessary arrangement for closin gand opening the gate and applying a coat of priming and painting as per the direction of site Engineer.

Provision for supply of irrigation water during execuation of work by way of laying of pipes or any other means as per site requirement and as per the direction of site engineer

20mm cement plaster finished with afloating coat of neat cement cement of mix 1:3 (1cement :3 fine sand) including cost of water proofing ,rapadite 'and all sorts of carriages .

Providing and fixing of angle irong Post including priming and painting fixing nuts and bolts and all necessary fixings as per the direction of site Engineer.

Providing and fixing of Chainlink fencing (2"x2") mesh size including fixing to supporting structure with nits and bolts including one coat of priming and painting complete.

Providing and laying of HDPE pipe flanged OD PN-16 conforming to IS:4984/95(200mm dia) of superior quality including all necessary fittings complete.

Demolishing of Stone massonary laid dry with earthern cushion between wall including disposal of material from site as directed by site engineer.

Disposal of excavated surplus earth /Mulba for an average lead upto 02 Km by MT and 500 mtr by Head load as per the direction of site engineer.
