Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The rate quoted should include of fuel, spares, tires, repairs, servicing and statutory payments like ESI,PF, weekly off, bonus/ex-gratia and other benefits as per labor enactments and other statutory provisions

The cab hiring should be well conditioned and preferably the model should be 2021 onwards

Drivers sent with the cab should wear uniform & behave properly & maintain discipline decorum and follow all the provisions set out in their Motor vehicle act rules framed there under including the law relating to pollution

Drivers should maintain logbook/trip sheets and enter the mileage performed and the signature for the distance covered by the officers/officials, consultants concerned

Drivers are expected to make their own arrangements for there to and fro journey. i.e. from their residence to the place of pickup and drop. Opening of meter reading shall commence from travels office and closing the same at travel office only
