Cleaning by using mechanical equipment of solid/liquid mud/any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, rags, polythene or any similar items deposited in underground sewage lines depth upto 8 meter including manholes/inspection chamber of any size at any depth (STP and Main lines from pumping station of any dia) entire area in domestic and tech area under 3 BRD AF Station Chandigarh by using SUPER SUCTION MACHINE TRUCK MOUNTED HAVING SUCTION CAPACITY 1000 TO 4000 CUM/HRS, JETTING PUMP WITH WORKING PRESSURE AT NOT LESS THAN 120 BAR having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fiber braided water jetting hose and through conical/round shape nozzlel pipe. Bottom surface of manholes/inspection chambers & sewage lines should be visible after cleaning process. Sludge/sludge water/any type of waste recovered from sewage lines/manholes/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside Ministry of defence land distance exceeding 2Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) All T&P should be arranged by contractor and deemed to included in his quoted rate.

Note:- (ii) Lines once cleared will be maintained through out the period of the contract. If there is any blockage during the period of the contract, the same will be cleared without any extra cost by the contractor. (iii) In case of any blockage is observed/found in any cleared line through super suction machine during the time period of contract and it becomes necessary to clear the sewage line with machine, the same shall be cleared through machine by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. The line shall be cleared by the contractor within 48hrs after intimation to the contractor. The rate quoted by the contractor against item No 01 above shall be deemed to be inclusive of clearance of line twice or more time as required during the whole contract period.

Cleaning and clearing of bore underground sewage line from any type of trap including (WCs/Gully trap/floor traps/CI pipes/Nahani traps/Bathrooms etc) to 1st manholes including trap & manhole by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning of any description, underground and any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking Sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MoD land distance exceeding 2Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (a) The contractor shall deploy minimum , 01 safaiwala & 01 helper (Total 02 people ) alongwith T&P on regular basis to complaint cell/ service centre of AGE B/R-I under GE (AF) MC Chandigarh located in 3 BRD Domestic area daily between 0830 to 0900hrs (except on Sunday/Gazetted holidays). (b) The complaints shall be attended preferably on the same day and complaints slips duly signed by the user will be deposited back with JE(Civil) on the same day. (c) Working time for all the people employed by the contractor will be from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs In case of any emergency, they can be called at any time beyond specified time and will be given off at the discretion of Engr-in-Charge. (d) A penalty of Rs 200/- per day per person will be levied in case of absence of any of safaiwala or helper. (e) A pucca bound register shall be maintained for this purpose which shall always be kept in custody of JE Civil indicating date and time of complaint informed and rectified respectively. (f ) Manpower/ employees deployed by contractor shall have safety measures for the job and life insurance policy for compensation in case of any accident. The cost for the same is deemed to be include in the unit quoted rate by the bidder. No extra claim will be entertained by the Department. (g) Five (05) complaints will be count as Each job for payment purpose.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting soft/soose soil complete all as specifed and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.4 above but depth exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.0m, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition against srl item No 8 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of size 200/300mm internal dia bore (Salt glazed stone ware/AC or reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar, including demolition of haunching & concrete bed and removal ouside MoD land distance exceeding 2Km but n.exc 2.5Km, cemplete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) drain pipe 200mm dia bore, grade-'A', laid in trenches on concrete bed, jointed in cement mortar (1:1), and tested, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Concrete bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) drain pipe 300mm dia bore, grade-'A', laid in trenches on concrete bed, jointed in cement mortar (1:1), and tested, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Concrete bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, including packing under & haunching against the sides as in bed to SGSW drain pipe of 200mm dia bore, after they are laid and tested, in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, including packing under & haunching against the sides as in bed to SGSW drain pipe of 300mm dia bore, after they are laid and tested, in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain, making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round of ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 200/300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description & in any position (below or above ground level), any thickness, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in man hole covers or slab, chajjas and similar articles, and set in CM(1:4), including use and waste necessary fair finish form work, complete all as specified and directed. Note: TMT steel reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for TMT Steel Bars 6 to 8mm dia and cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), in ground floor and paving (below or above ground level), not exceeding 15cm thick, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land distance exceeding 2Km but n.exc 2.5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded aggregate as in surface channel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, kerb,bed plates, coping, drains including necessary formwork etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, Cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste and vent pipes, 100mm bore, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints (1:3), laid in trenches or under floors or on wall as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for First quality, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 300mx450mmx7mm as in verticle surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, over and including 10mm thick rendering/backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quality Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick, (squares/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 40405.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
