Supply and fixing as in replacement Adjustable type thermal magnetic release MCCB 160 Amps, 4 Pole 25 KA including suitable size lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair On-Load Change over switch 200 Amps, 4 pole including fittings fixtures including replacement of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T Cat No. CO22000OSOO or equivqlent in C&S/ Legrand.

Dismantling the existing corroded outdoor panel board including all unserviceable accessories and Fabrication, Supply and installation as in replacement outdoor type LT panel board of suitable size (Minimum 900 x 900x 300 mm) with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with top inclined canopy, floor mounted type, with base frame and four Nos. legs of 450 mm length made up of 40x40x 5mm angle iron, both side opening, having Copper busbar of suitable size of rated 200 Amps (3 Nos Phase + 1 No. Neutral half in capacity of phase) with separate chambers to accommodate and including following accessories:

INCOMER DETAILS

Outgoing details:-

(a) MCB SPN 06-32 Amps,10 KA, C- series - 10 Nos (8W + 2S)

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level , not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse river sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class 'B' of size 25 X 12.5 X 7.5 cm locally available best quality laid in trenches for protections of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing as in replacement 40mm bore steel tubes "light grade" galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and over ceilings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement 80mm bore steel tubes "light grade" galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and over ceilings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm gradeed stone aggregrate) as in foundations filling, coping for pole and mass concreate complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Cutting existing metal/bituminus road/PCC walk way/any type of tile works n.exc 0.45m width and n.exc 0.90 m in depth including all connected earth work and making good disturbed surfaces matching with the existing specification and finish including disposal of surplus material to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) in trenches / through pipe or bare in road crossing / duct / floor / wall etc including connection with cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down/up existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) in trenches / through pipe or bare in road crossing / duct / floor / wall etc including connection with cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down/up existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for spray painting of panel board of any size at various locations with two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint first grade including cleaning of existing surface of all loose dirts and greasy spots, preparation of surfaces and making of incoming feeder or outgoing feeder with letters n exc 15 mm height and necessary disconnection of electric connection and reconnection of same after completion of painting work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr -in -Charge.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel, earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40 mm dia (Medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch or as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) and earthing pit with suitable handle including taking down earthing and necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with 32 X 6mm strip galvanised iron or steel wire.
