CERTAIN REPAIR / MAINT TO ROADS IN CENTRAL, SOUTH COMPLEX AND MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R - I AT IMA DEHRADUN

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth , not exc 1 Sqm in each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water , scoring sunken surfaces in raods , paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminious macadam, well rammmed & sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping ) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration, laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomer and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/10 sqm paving bitumen VG - 10 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi - dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade bitumen VG - 30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair IP-67 grading 4 LED customizable flashing / blinking solar delinators poly carbonate ( clear & UV resistant ) body mounted on 1m long MS pole 65 mm dia powder coated alongwith coated mesh having red , yellow & white coloured (total 3 Nos) reflactive tapes of high intensity, solar panel should be mono crystalline / polycrystalline 4 Volts / 300 MA or above with minimum 48 hrs backup on flash mode after fully charged including fixing in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, Size of PCC block shall be 200x200x300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minium 2.5 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100/150 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint ( Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern proplled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder , glass beads , Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers , thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No. 800.4 MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per IRC- 35 .

S & F in repair cat eye dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white / red / yellow including removal of old unserviceable sud complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/ yellow / blue / green tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125 mm of height 20 mm fixing with epoxy . LED's solar cell battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8 - 10 hours including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair sign board of any size made out, 3.00 mm thick aluminium composite panel covered with green colour retro reflective sheet on both side of panel fixed on existing frame with screws, writing letters, logo and arrow as per direction with white reflective tape complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing depressed / sunk interlocking paver block of any thickness and shape, supply & spreading a layer of sand of required thickness and refixing the block in matching level of near by surface complete all as specified & directed.
