Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and remove all debris from the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base, floors or similar work, finished surface of concrete even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered precast cement concrete coloured tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry in floors mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width with PCC (1:3:6), type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/ laterite masonry work/ PCC solid block masonry/ concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
