SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-38 ( 08 MD ACCN) AT MIL STN KOTA

Taking down existing treatment of any description such as PCC padding, lime concrete, mud phuska etc. and any numbers of layers upto any thickness from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 150ml per bag of cement or manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
