BOQ 1/3: Schedules A,E,B,C,F {Quoted rates for monthly service charges per worker for each catagory for Supply of Manpower shall be inclussive of income tax liability except GST. Other statutory payment such as minimum wages, EPF, ESI and GST shall be payable as per rules and applicable prevailing government notified rates. The uniform charges are fixed @ Rs. 2000/- each worker per annum and shall be payable extra)

BOQ 2/3: SCHEDULE "D" (Cleaning work of water storage and septic tank to be done on six monthly and yearly basis as mentioned): Rates shall be inclusive of all charges except GST for one time cleaning of each tank separately.

Cleaning of Water Tank capacity 50,000 liter for 'Fire Fighting Work' on every 6 months' interval. (1 no.)

Cleaning of U.G tank of Animal Facility at Gheru Campus 50,000 liter Capacity on Six month interval. (1 no.)

DECLARATION: I/we undertake to abide by the terms and conditions for providing specialized cleaning & allied services to CSIR-IITR laboratories including animal facilities and housekeeping. The persons to be deployed in for the above service shall be on the rolls of Contractor and shall be the employees of the Contractor. I/we also undertake to execute the necessary agreement before commencement of work, if awarded.
