Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (for pipes and pits upto all depths) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing and testing of DI pipes in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and shoring strutting and timbering and dressing where ever required including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals fixing caution board, crossing over trenches for access to houses and fencing etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying,jointing and testing High Density Polyethylene pipes in trenches of following dia duly ISI marked IS: 4984-1995 as amended upto date including tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. including carriage of pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).(i) 125mm dia PE80 PN-6

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of MS flanged joint in HDPE pipe 125mm dia PE-80 PN-6 (exclusive of HDPE pipes) including flanged collar, flange Table-5, gasket, nuts bolts and other accessories complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible/ Mono block/Mono sub, non clog sludge pumping set for 1.67 LPS for 6 mtr. head (for lifting sludge) or any other make approved by HP JSV such as KSB/BS/ OSWAL/ CALAMA/ JOHNSTON conforming to latest relevant BIS code.The pump should be lifted with free from impellers of bronze/suitable alloy as per BIS: 5659-1970 latest suitable for raw water <50 PPM having greased packer bearing and shaft with bound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better lift for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar/NGEF/Jyoti/ Crompton make conforming to relevatn BIS code latest with upto date amendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechnical seal in oil chamber & greased packed lubricated bearing & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withastand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with heating of motor. The pump set include cost of control starter panel, valves, cables bearing, nuts, bolts, installation inclusive of all taxes, transporation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading unloading, conveyance to Departmental store/site stacking etc. including specials and wastage etc. This item/Job comprises of two pump sets in which one set will be working set and 2nd set will be standby and these pumps will be installed in existing RCC tank/sump in STP Sundernagar, MS Angle/channel required for the installation of pump in tank shall be arranged by the contractor/firm at his own cost and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
