Engagement of a Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Accountant Firm for providing consultancy services in connection with filing, pursuing, and representing CSIR-IGIB in a GST appeal before the competent GST Appellate Authority against the levy of additional interest under Section 50 and penalty under Section 74 of the CGST Act, 2017, pertaining to the period FY 2017-18 to FY 2023-24, including preparation of appeal documents, representation during hearings, submission of written arguments, compliance with statutory requirements, and all related appellate proceedings until disposal of the appeal.
