FALSE CEILING WORKS OF CURD PRODUCTION HALL AT MILMA PALAKKAD DAIRY

Providing and fixing MS frame work of size 600 mm x 600 mm and supports from existing roof structural members using 25x25x1.6mm thick MS square hollow sections of approved make (TATA/ Jindal) with necessary welding , steel dash fasteners, scaffolding and all complete including applying two coat epoxy primer and two coat epoxy paint (MRF or equivalent) as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Composite Panel false ceiling in metallic colour of approved shades and approved make made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick Fire Retardant (FR) grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick) to form grids of size 600x600mm. The ACP cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. The basic aluminium frame work shall be properly hung/fixed on the 600mm x 600mm sized MS grid frame work using aluminium extruded rectangular /square tubes at proper intervals. The rate is inclusive of the required aluminium sections . Also the item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site including required scaffolding to access the existing double highted sheet roof, cleaning and protection of the ceiling with ACP panel cladding till the handing over. However, only the actual visible area on the external face (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm up to two decimal places for payment purpose (Bend up portions will not be considered).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete (Hot finished welded type tubes).
