1.01	Jobs to be done: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall carry out the complete repair and maintenance of the grease pump and its accessories, including supply of all required consumables, tools & tackles, equipment, and skilled manpower. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Repairing/replacement of the grease drum top cover. 2. Repairing/replacement of the grease pipe socket. 3. Repairing/replacement of the grease nipple adapter (KATE type). 4. Repairing/replacement of the grease nipple adapter (Haulpack type). 5. Opening of broken/damaged grease adaptors, re-threading of damaged threads, and refitting of the grease adaptor to restore proper functionality. 6. Repairing/overhauling/replacement of the grease gun as required. 7. Repairing/replacement of the air pipe and associated fittings to ensure leak-free operation. 8. Inspection, testing, and commissioning of the complete grease pump assembly after repair to ensure satisfactory performance. Material Required:- 1. Grease drum top cover. 2. Grease pipe socket. 3. Grease nipple adapter KATE. 4. Grease nipple adapter Haulpack. 5. Grease adaptor broken, damage adaptor opening and refitting, rethread making. 6. Grease gun. 7. Air pipe.
