Dismantling and removing carefully the existing brick/rubble/laterite masonry in cement mortar at all levels and conveying and depositing the debris and stacking the serviceable material at places pointed out within a distance of 150M

Dismantling and removing the existing CC/RCC works and conveying and depositing the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150M as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and removing doors with or without ventilators, including removal of shutters, hinges, hold fasts and all other fittings and stacking materials in Carpentry shop or MCD as directed.

Dismantling carefully the plastering/tile work in wall including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting for foundation trenches, drains, column footings, equipment foundations etc. not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sq.m on plan.in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including filling in basement and sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers,breaking clods, watering, ramming and consolidating and conveying and depositing the excess spoil or filling in low lying area and levelling within an initial lead of 50M and lift upto 1.5M, etc.complete .

Supplying, laying, jointing & hydrostatically testing ISI marked PVC pipes conforming to IS 4985 and all required PVC specials such as tees, bends, elbows, unions, reducers, adapters, coupling etc., as per IS 7834 or IS 10124 as the case may be, including cost of all jointing materials like solvent cement, bolts, nuts, rubber washers, ferrule, pipe supports, etc., hire of tools and plant, cost and conveyance of water for testing etc. complete so as to withstand the internal design pressure of 10 kg/cm2 -For external lines-25 mm or nearest OD

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. with 25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Supplying and fixing P.V.C. pipes conforming to IS 4985 class II-4kg/sq.cm pressure for waste water lines with all required specials such as plain bends, single junctions, elbows, unions, etc. including cutting masonry or concrete floors, etc. wherever necessary and jointing pipes with approved quality resin cement and fixing pipes with clamps screwed in to masonry wherever required etc. complete-63mm or nearest outer dia.

Supplying and fixing 125 mm (5 inch) Stainless steel floor gratings (two piece) to PVC trap as per instructions at site
