Providing and applying two coats of acrylic based cold liquid membrane (Sikalastic -510 CoolCoat IN or equivalent brands like Pidilite or Fosroc) @ 1.20 kg per sqm of roof surface over a base coat of the same acrylic based liquid membrane @ 0.25 kg per sqm diluted with water in the ratio of 4:1(4 liquid acrylic based membrane: 1 water) including preparation of the substrate by cleaning the same thoroughly with the help of brush and broom and disposal of all foreign materials from the site of work completely .After surface preparation the base coat or the prime coat with acrylic based membrane liquid diluted with water in 4:1 (4 liquid acrylic based membrane: 1 water) is to be applied and to be allowed to dry for 30 minutes . It will be followed by application of the first coat of the acrylic based liquid @ 0.65 Kg/ Sqm and it shall be allowed to dry in the air for a period of 6 (six) hours and after that the second and final coat of the same liquid acrylic based membrane @ 0.55 Kg/Sqm has to be applied to provide a seamless, smooth and waterproof finish & also UV exposure resistant . On the next day the entire roof surface shall be submerged under water to allow ponding for 7(Seven) days as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge .

Providing and filling in position elastomeric sealant based on lequid polysulphide polymer for sealing of expansion gap with minimum 10 mm width & 10 mm depth ) including preparation of surface by picking up of old damaged or loose materials from the existing expansion gap, cleaning the same thoroughly with the help of brush and broom and disposing of all picked up materials from the site of work completely and there after (i) applying a coat with super latex power of Sika make or equivalent with the help of brush followed by applying spirit(primer) at an interval of 30 minutes (ii) the homogenous mixed sealent of Sika make or equivalent shall be filled in the expansion joint after 30 minutes of applying primer . This will be allowed to aircure for 24 hours followed by water curing for 7 days complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge..

Providing and sealing roof cracks of cross section area upto 150 sqmm with the homogeneous mixture of Sika grout and Sikadur 20 crackseal including preparation of surface by cutting the cracks with the help of electric blade and cleaning the loose materials and dust picked up from the cracks thoroughly with the help of brush and broom and disposing of all picked up materials from the site of work completely and there after applying two or more coats of homogeneous mixture of crack seal grout material at an interval of 30 minutes . This will be allowed to aircure for 24 hours followed by water curing for 7 days complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge..
