SH:13/REPAIRS TO BUILDING 13.30 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.13.30.1 With cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ).

INTERIOR FINISHING 12.35 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.35.1 New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

12.41 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.41.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

12.19 Providingandapplyingplasterofparisputtyof 2mm thicknessoverplasteredsurface toprepare thesurface even and smooth complete.

12.60 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: 12.60.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

14.7 Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceablematerialsanddisposal ofunserviceable materialswithall liftsanduptoa leadof 50metc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:14.7.3 In cement mortar.

5.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement5.2.2 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement5.3.2 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.19 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.5.19.4 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

5.8 Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:5.8.4.1 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with timber planks
