OHT Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. O.H.T. of following capacities ( in kiloliters ) and 12 m. staging with 1.0 m wide R.C.C. stair case from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to top dome 1m x 1m R.C.C. landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20 mm dia G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5 mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, from top to the floor inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator,supply and fixing of outlet,inlet,over flow and wash out,incomming,outgoing pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of material), making bypass arrangement, railing in top dom with approach stair, flooring 0.6m wide apron, painting on tank body (apex paint two coat) vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. M.H. cover, ventilator column etc. complete with approved water proofing (apex)/enamel paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8MT / M2 and staging 12.00 metre.Additional rates for staging per meter height beyond 12 m height including cost of all material, labour,shuttering, scaffolding T&P complete for following capacity ( in kiloliters ) Over Head Tanks

Pipeline Work Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in soil mixed with single boulder etc. requiring the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift unto 1.5 m and lead unto 30 m and refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches and disposal of surplus earth unto 50 m from the center of the trenches.

Excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand) for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Provision for barricading in two rows and necessary diversion of paths and where as necessary with the help of ballies, ropes, flags, signals and light signals etc. as per requirement. Including supply of all material, T&P, etc complete.

Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying & Jointing of full lenght S&S Centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pipes including supply of "EPDM" rubber gaskets conforming to IS : 5382-1985 with testing of pipe line complete.D.I.
