A waste ignition burner is also included, featuring temperature-controlled on/off operation and internal air fans to facilitate effective waste management.
A precise temperature control sensor is integrated to monitor and maintain optimal operating conditions.
Quencher Chamber:
The quencher chamber is built with fully insulated internal refractory lining, using high-grade low thermal mass insulation to enhance efficiency.
It includes one secondary chamber burnout burner that is temperature-controlled with on/off capabilities and features internal air fans to promote complete combustion, including providing provision for Ash removal at the rear side of the chamber.
The 76mm refractory-lined stack significantly reduces heat penetration under all conditions, effectively preventing the possibility of fire and ensuring safe operation
