Assistance in routine maintenance of following Sub division wise different transmission lines under 220KV O&M Division, Pantnagar. 220 KV O&M Subdivision Pantnagar 220KV S/C Bareilly-Pantnagar line (71.72 Ckt. Kms), 220KV D/C Kashipur-Pantnagar line (123.83 Ckt. Kms), 220KV S/C Pantnagar-TML line (1.72 Ckt. Kms) & 220KV S/C Pantnagar-Haldwani line (LILO section) (9.56 Ckt. Kms). 132 KV O&M Subdivision Kichha 132KV S/C Kichha-Richha line (22.48 Ckt. Kms) & 132KV S/C Kichha-CPP line (18.87 Ckt. Kms). 132 KV O&M Subdivision Rudrapur 132KV S/C Pantnagar-Rudrapur line (7.6 Ckt. Kms), 132KV S/C Rudrapur-Kichha line (20.31 Ckt. Kms) & 132KV S/C Pantnagar-Haldwani line (LILO section) (9.94 Ckt. Kms). Routine maintenance of above mentioned lines by carrying out following activities:- a) Regular patrolling, preparation of patrolling report, close visual inspection of complete line route i.e. clearance of line corridor, position of trees/hindrances, condition of towers, tower accessories, conductors, conductor accessories, flash points, red hots points etc. as per the direction of engineer in-charge. b) Lopping-chopping and pruning of tree branches, bushes, and vegetation required for maintaining proper clearance of line corridor as per direction of engineer in-charge. c) Cutting and felling of trees imposing danger to line towers & conductors as per the direction of engineer in-charge. d) Tightening/replacement/fixing of loose/damaged jumpers and other conductor accessories. e) General tightening/replacement of tower members and tower accessories including fixing of missing tower parts and tower accessories as per the direction of engineer in-charge. f) General checking of tower legs, earthling and fixing of any defects observed as per the direction of engineer in-charge. g) Attending minor breakdowns such as replacement of burned clamps and connector, replacement of damaged jumpers, replacement of damaged slack spans etc. excluding major breakdown works which require specific technical expertise, specific and huge manpower and special T&P such as replacement of damaged cross arms, replacement of damaged towers, replacement of damaged towers, replacement of disc/insulator strings, replacement of damaged/broken conductor involving longer spans etc. h) Any other routine preventive maintenance works directed by engineer in-charge. At 220KV O&M Subdivision, Pantnagar 01 No. operation signifies deployment of 03 highly skilled and 02 skilled labourer for a period of 08 Hours. At 132KV O&M Subdivision, Kichha and 132KV O&M Subdivision, Rudrapur signifies deployment of 03 highly skilled and 02 skilled labourer for a period of 08 Hours. Total operations at 220KV O&M Subdivision, Pantnagar:- 285 (Rate Rs. 4413.49 per operation) Total operations at 132KV O&M Subdivision, Kichha:- 120 (Rate Rs. 3613.99 per operation). Total operations at 132KV O&M Subdivision, Rudrapur:- 85 (Rate Rs. 3613.99 per operation).
