11.12 Preparation of foundation of structure including removal of all loose stones, silt and final washing.11.12.1 By manual labour

37 mm thick guniting with cement mortar (1:3) on concrete/masonry surface after proper fixing of 9 gauge welded mesh of good quality rust free of size 50 mm x 50 mm in TWO layers with anchors / clamps in stone masonry / concrete, after racking the joints clean the surface by compressed air & water jet. Apply epoxy and anchor first layer of mesh with surface to be treated then 15 mm thick mortar is to be applied with pressure gun. After hardening of first layer of mortar anchor the second layer of mesh and apply 22 mm thick cement plaster, complete in all respect as per technical specification.
