Notes: 1) The above rates include all applicable taxes, duties, levies etc including GST and any other charges. The requirement is primarily for deployment during the non-monsoon period, estimated at approximately 210 days in a year. 2) Payment against the contract will be made only for the heads mentioned in the price proforma at A i.e. Hiring Charges. 3) Bunker Charges: ONGC will reimburse bunker charges on the coastal/bonded rate (inclusive of GST, all applicable taxes and other charges, if any) as published by any PSU OMCs plus applicable GST on above limited to single guaranteed quantity of diesel and furnace oil indicated in the contract. For the extended period of contract if any, the guaranteed quantity of bunkers will be prorated and reimbursement of bunker charges will be limited to the prorated quantity.In case deployment days of tanker in the contract are less than 340, only, the prorated quantity of bunker for the actual days of operation shall be admissible for reimbursement. 4) Port charges, Handling charges etc. associated with discharge of cargo of filled-in tanker to designated port will be reimbursed by ONGC as per actual against documentary evidence. 5) Quantities shown in the break-up format are tentative and the payment shall be made as per actual quantity utilized. 6) Fuel Consumption quoted by Bidder shall be considered for following: a. Evaluation of charter price considering fuel consumption of tanker as per C of price format b. Reimbursement shall be made as per actual consumption limited to quoted quantity c. The rates for bunker are only indicative for evaluation purpose. 7) Evaluation of Prices of the bidder shall be carried out as per the Bid Evaluation Criteria and terms & conditions of tender document. 8) The bidder must avail eligible credit of tax/ duty paid on input services /capital goods/ Inputs and benefit of credit should be passed on to ONGC by way of quoting rate net of credit.
