M&L for taking down high pressure SV/ MV/ MH /FTL/LED street light fitting and Flood Light fittings of any wattage / any height of pole/ walls/ any location for repairs or replacement of burnt out the accessories and rectifying the fault complete all as specified. Note: - LED Drivers, Surge protection and cable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for painting the swaged steel tubular LT poles including cross arms,clamps and light brackets surface of any discription after preparation of old painted surface(removing old paint by paint removers and cleaning with scraper any number of exiting coats) with one finishing coat of aluminium paint and marking pole no. as per existing numbers and painting of lower portion of pole in alternate layer of blue and orange (AF pattern) shades/colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F end joint kit (in replacement) for 1.1 KV grade suitable for outdoor/indoor type terminal heat shrinkable type joints with jointing material for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16/25 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.19.00 here-in-above but of cable 3.5 core 35/50Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F jointing kit (in replacement) for 1.1 KV grade suitable for straight through heat shrinkable type joints with jointing material for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 to 50 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying (in replacement) LT underground cable XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured cable 1100 volts 4 core 16 Sqmm aluminium conductor in trenches/poles and connecting with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in cable trenches prependicular to the axis of cable to providing cushioning for the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only punned thickness of 18cm will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and lay burnt brick of size 230x115x75mm for protection of cable, laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Making bore to road/cement path/hard standing for providing GI pipe 50/40mm both end socketed for passing armoured cable incl making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F (in replacement) security light bracket with 40mm bore GI tubing, light grade, cut and bent to shape required, 1.2m long fixed with including bends, flat iron clamp made of FI 40x6mm, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specfied and as directed

S&F in replacement automatic street light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights, 8kW, single phase, based on LUX level of natural light, infrared sensor based on nature switch along with contactor 40A, MCB SP for input and output 63A, wiring for main load with 3 core 16sqmm copper cable duly fixed to pole/wall, mounted on enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box of protection class IP 54 fixed at any location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement automatic street light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights, 18kW equally distributed over 3 phases, based on LUX level of natural light, infrared sensor based on nature switch along with contactor 25A/phase, MCB SP for input and output 63A, wiring for main load with 3.5 core 16sqmm copper cable duly fixed to pole/wall, mounted on enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box of protection class IP 54 fixed at any location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for digging of cable loop of LT XPLE cable of any size with all necessary excavation and return filling and replacing the end joint / straight through joint kit in replacement for 1.1kV grade with provision of jointing material for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed Note: End/straight through joint will be measured and paid seperately under respective items herein. All other requistes shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate

S&F (in replacement) junction box thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure, shock proof, IP66/IP67 (weather, rust, dust, water and vibration proof, outdoor type, internally embedded gasket with provision for all side cable entry through glands of size 250x200x100mm with 4Nos. aluminium bus bar of size 25x6mm, 8Nos. terminals with and including 01No. 10Amp MCB 10kA duly mounted fixed with MS clamps fabricated out of FI 40x3mm of required shape and size and fixed at any location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down by manual / motorised handle high mast light fittings at 15 to 20m height and refixing after necessary repairs including all necessary staging, etc. for cleaning of perplex covers, etc., tightening of loose connections on poles / walls, and replacing worn out minor parts, etc. and making the fitting functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of any minor spares / parts replaced for functioning.

M&L for taking out burnt winding of 3 phase power tool electric motor of high mast fittings from any position, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing size/gauge and varnishing, providing insulating paper and sleeves, etc. and testing for proper functioning on reinstating complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of any minor spares / parts replaced for successful functionality of the motor

S&F steel wire hemp rope 8mm dia by taking out damaged rope and other minor parts suitable for high mast fittings15-20m high, like 'D' clamps, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. replacing as needed and making the installation serviceable and testing for proper functioning on reinstating complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of any necessities, T&P, etc. required forworking at 15-20m heights, etc.
