Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable Service cable of any size from LT Pole to existing distribution board complete all as directed.

Dismentling of ACSR conductor sizes from Poles complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 meter in depth and forming bottom surfaces to the required gradient and slope for laying of cable, pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning, filling, in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

M&L for Brick protection for LT cable with sub class "B" bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm with width equal to length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying dry river sand to be laid in 8 cms before laying of cable and 15 cms above cable in trenche as cable cushioning and covering complete all as specified and directed. Note: for payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured

Meterial and labour for dismantling reinceforce cement concrete pole /Iron poles/struts of any size and type including breaking of concrete cutting of mild bars of any size from below the ground level up to 60 cm depth and all items removing from site all as directed by Engr -In- Chrage (Note :Excavation earth work included in this quoted rate)

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 160mm outer dia and 136mm inner dia all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx 60cm x 6mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal Ground Level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to main distribution board/ earthing test point all as shown on electrical plate No-03 of SSR Part-1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Supply and fix in replacement of security light fitting bracket made up of 25/32 mm dia medium grade pipe of length 0.9 mtr with bending in shape by hot or cold method with 2 nos 50x4 mm MS flate clamps with nut bolts and washer etc all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meter long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws etc including making the holes on the pole (bottom and top) suitable size for drawing of wire 1.5 sqmm 3 core round flexible for connection of security light fitting from junction box to light fittings including of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for Sub main wiring with 2 run of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn in to separate PVC conduit 15 mm dia with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connection from distribution board to light fittings including dismantling/taking out old unserviceale one complete all as directed.-Make of copper wire :-Finolex/Havells/RR cables. Note : 1. The conduit and conduit accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit. 2. The cost of earth wire is included in the quoated rates.
