Construction of gated spillway

Earth work in excavation in foundation of Head work in all types of soil as per design and drawing including dressing the foundation, shoring etc. removing the surplus spoil by head lead to a safe distance from the working place and depositing required spoil in uniform layer, dressing, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10mm cube with compaction as directed at site (Including bailing out stagnant water where necessary) A) All types of soil except soil mixed with gravel and boulder (For normal lead of 30 m and lift of 1.50 m) A) Without de-watering.

B) For lead of 60 m and lift of 3.00 m, with de-watering:-

Supplying of Z-type sheet pile 0.69 m effective width, 8 mm thick having weight @ 68.30 kg/R.M including carriage to the departmental go-down complete as directed.

Labour for placing of imported Z-type sheet piles including cutting to proper size & making holes etc. and driving it to the specified level and lines including painting sheet piles with two coats of anti-corrossive bituminus paints (Piles to be embeded shall not be painted) including carriage from departmental go-down complete as directed.

Collection and supply of one man size hard river boulder (size 25 cm to 30 cm) including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at site not more than 1.00 m height including paying the forest royalty, sales tax etc. including local carriage to work site etc. complete as directed. (Distance from querry to the work site is 55 km)

Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including ramming and dressing the site to proper size and shape with local carriage of boulder from a distance of 50 m with lift up to 3.00 m complete as directed.

Supplying and laying of filter materials in thee gaps between the cement concrete protection blocks complete as directed (6 mm to 20 mm size aggregate considering average dist.from querry to the work site = 50 .00 km).

Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying of M.S rod / Tor steel of all sizes in position as per design and drawing as required including cutting, cranking and making hooks with necessary lappage and tying with black wire complete as directed including cost of all materials.

River shingles with shuttering and without dewatering [Above G.W.L = 53.00 M]:-

Supplying, fitting, fixing of steel gates of cross and head regulator as per design and drawing and specification including supplying of steel beams, channel section, rubber seal etc. Including all materials embedded partly where necessary and manually opertaed hoisting equipment including carriage of all materials to work site complete.

Supplying and mixing of rapidite with C.C / R.C.C work under sub-surface water level complete as directed.

12 mm thick cement plastering including clearing the surface and curing etc. complte as directed.

Earth work in back filling of structure with earth obtaining from outside borrow pit filling with 15cm layer, ramming, dressing, watering and compaction including paying compensation of land, if any with lead up to 3.00 m and lift 1.50 m.

Construction of Afflux Bund and Guide Bund

Earth work in filling in all soil in plinth, canal embank. and bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 km including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land, if any, loading, unloading, spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15 cm dia & uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of embankment, breaking clods to not more than 10 mm cube ramming, profilling etc. with all lift complete as directed. (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50% shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).

Construction of boulder sausage work of size 1.00 m x 1.00 m, including suppying of all materials with 23 cm to 30 cm size river boulder collected from a lead of 50.00 KM encaged in 15cmx15cm mesh in 8G/10G hexagonal wire netting of filling th voids between boulder tied with 10G/18G galvd tying wire at 30 cm apart laid in position as per direction including necessary local carriage of materials paying necessary forest royalty including providing 1.00 no. of whole Jati bamboo horizontal runner along the top of the sausage with vertical bhaluka bamboo post 1.50 m apart driven at least 0.60 m below ground and tying with sausage etc. all complete as directed.

Labour charge for making sausage with hexagonal wire netting of 8G gald. wire work not more than 15 cm triple twisted for sausage work including supplying and tying with 18 G wire after filling up the cage with boulder in proper shape and size as per direction and drawing complete as directed.(Excluding the cost of wire netting and boulder including excavation of earth and dewatering if necessary.)

Collection & supply of one man size hard river boulder of size 25 cm to 30 cm including loading,unloading, stacking in measurable stacks at site not more than 1 m. height including paying forest royalty sales tax etc. including local carriage to work site (Distance from quarry to work site = 25.00 K.M.

Labour charge for pitching with one man size boulder including dressing and ramming the seat to proper size and slope with voids filling and local carriage of boulders from a distance of 50 m with lift up to 3.00 m Complete as directed.
