Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (Forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (M-Thirty) (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm (Twenty five millimetres), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (Zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron (One hundred twenty five) thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 as directed by the Engineer- Incharge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant) producing an average output of 75 tonnes (Seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.5% (Five point Five) percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government and rectifying defects noticed within two years as per clause 35 (III) of standard bidding document.

Providing and laying hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm(Two decimal five millimeters) thick 0.10 (Zero point ten) wide centre line including reflectorising glass beads at the rate of 250 gms (Two hundred fifty grams) per square metre area thickness of 2.5mm (Two decimal five millimeters) exclusive of surface applied glass beads by road marking machine as per IRC–35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORD Technical specification Clause-1702 and as directed by Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll Tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
