Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 Meters lead as per direction of Engineer incharge (Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or rich mix)

Demolishing R.C.C work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 Meters lead as per direction of Engineer incharge,

Demolishing Brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 Meters lead as per direction of Engineer incharge,(In cement mortar)

Dismantling doors, windows, and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhatas, architrave, holdfasts etc. completed and stacking within 50 meter lead: (Of area 3 sq. meters and below)

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manaual means in benching work including disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed , with all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be neatly levelled and dressed, Hard rock , In ordinary soil/earth mixed with boulders.

Earth filling under the floor including cost of earth should to be obtained from outside the corporation area including it's cartage and ramming watering dressing in 20 cm thick layer and dressing of earth etc. complete including cost of earth with all lift and lead etc.complete

Providing and laying position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering ,shuttering,All work up the plingth level 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomial siz) M10

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plingth in: cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing All work up the plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nomial siz) M20,

MS or iron work in plain such as reinforced concrete reinforced brick wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work and including supply of steel its westage bend hook and autherized over lapping shall be measured inncluding supply of all material labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile organic Compound) content. With watar thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.(one or more coat)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm cover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied (@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Supply & fixing of appropriate size 35 mm Thick leaf flush door comercial quality conforming to IS 2202 part I (1983) including fixing of wooden cleat & stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles Springs & other fitting and including painting with two coats of black japan paint on all iron fittings if required.

S/F of 6 mm Thik white glaged Tiles in Flooring , wall , dado or Skirting of Toilet room with 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar finised with white cement slurry jointing & polising complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per irection of Engineer in Charge.Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc (15 mm nominal dia pipes)

S/F Brass bib cock cock/stop cock of heavey quality 15 mm dia ISI Marked including supply of all material , Labour T&P Etc. Complete in all respact.

Providing & Fixing Ist quality Europian/Indian Type white glazed earthen ware ISI marked Standred Size including 10 ltr capacity PVC Cistern hindware or primium brand including supply of associated material, labour complete in all respect.

Supply & laying of 110 mm dia ( 4 Kg/cm2) PVC Pipe including supply of all Associated material labour T&P Etc. requried for proper Completion of work.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I Brackets ,15 mm dia CP Brass single hole basin mixer of approved quality and make ,including painting of fittings and brackets ,cutting and making good the walls wherever required:-(a) white Vitreous China wash basin size 550 X 400 mm with a 15 mm CP Brass single hole basin mixer,

Wiring point for light with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed /copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe concrited in wall with 8 SWG GI earth continuity wire complete & piano type switch mounted on bakelite sheet & ms.Box shunk in all lincluding supply of all materials ,labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work
